A vacuum tank is a tank truck that has a pump and a tank. The pump is designed to pneumatically suck liquids, sludges, slurries, into the tank of the truck.
Negative pressure (a vacuum) is applied to this tank by a vacuum pump. The negative pressure in the tank creates a pressure difference between its contents and the atmosphere. The resultant suction effect means air is pushed into the atmosphere via the vacuum pump, which passes over a water filter for environmental reasons.
Vervaeke provides vacuum tanks which can transport liquids between the requested locations. A complete range of services is offered. The service always includes the collection of the product, transportation and finally the unloading of the product.
