Stainless steel is the most common alloy for the carriage of ADR products. Vervaeke therefore has an extensive fleet of these tanks for the carriage of products such as nitric acid, caustic soda, sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, oil derivatives, solvents, and so forth.
Although all these products require the same type of tank, Vervaeke prefers to dedicate tanks to one product. This prevents any risk of contamination and damage to the tank.
For the carriage of sulphuric acid, Vervaeke uses tanks built of a higher quality of steel, ensuring that the product remains unaltered and constant at all times. After lengthy research and intensive investigative work, Vervaeke has also had an extremely valuable alloy developed that is resistant to any corrosive product. Various tanks in Vervaeke’s fleet are made of this alloy, meaning that all dangerous goods can be carried.
Vervaeke can also take care of all kinds of liquid chemical waste, even though these flows are always different and can be extremely hazardous.
