In 2025, VERVAEKE celebrates its 90th anniversary. Since its foundation in 1935 by Michel Vervaeke, our company has grown from a transporter of agricultural products to a leading player in chemical logistics within Europe and beyond.
Internationaal Transportbedrijf Van der Lee en Zonen BV and Van der Lee Deutschland GmbH have been part of the VERVAEKE group since 2017. In 2019, Internationaal Transportbedrijf Jan Dohmen BV also joined our group. In recent years, we have worked together on the integration and growth of our company, always with quality, safety and innovation as our top priorities.
In order to reinforce this unity externally, all companies within the group will operate under the same name from 1 June 2025.
In concrete terms, this means that the following entities are being renamed:
- Internationaal Transportbedrijf Van der Lee en Zonen BV becomes VERVAEKE NEDERLAND BV
- Internationaal Transportbedrijf Jan Dohmen BV becomes VERVAEKE MULTIMODAL BV
- Van der Lee Deutschland GmbH becomes VERVAEKE DEUTSCHLAND GmbH
This name change will have no impact on our services. After 1 June, you can continue to count on the trusted service and dedication you have come to expect from VERVAEKE.
