The history of Transports Vervaeke opens back in 1934. Originally a general transport service provider, Vervaeke started focussing on liquid chemicals in the fifties. The specialisation gradually developed in line with demand from the chemical industry, to take on the proportions that it has today. Based in Espierres (West Flanders), the company founded by Michel Vervaeke established itself in Zellik (Brussels) in the sixties. In 1994, a third depot was opened in Seneffe (Wallonia). Since 2008, Vervaeke is also located in Bettange-sur-Mess (GHLux).
